Meet Wayne Palitz

I’m Wayne Palitz and I grew up in the Jersey Shore. I’ve been in the customer service field for over 10 years in 3 different states (New York, Ohio and Kentucky) before settling out here in San Diego. I’ve met some amazing people and learned some very valuable lessons along the way. The most valuable of them is that you should treat everyone as if they were family, that is the best way for everyone involved in any interaction.

And speaking of family, my parents worked their tails off to provide for me and my sister growing up. We didn’t have the biggest house around but it was our home and I know how hard my parents worked to give us that home. The importance of having a home was really driven home for me when my family ultimately lost theirs due to Hurricane Sandy back in 2013.

I believe real estate is a perfect career to fully utilize my skills and past experiences and I hope to help as many people as I can to find their dream home.
